Norman Ssentumbwe Kabuuza

Ssentumbwe Norman Kabuuza is a creative writer who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Film from Makerere University.

He has worked as a Facilitator in a Forum Theatre production under the Sophie Muwanika Institute of Art for Change--a non-profit organization using theatre as a means to dealing with trauma--founded and overseen by award-winning poet Rashida Namulondo.

He also was Production Assistant for her solo show “Withdraw”, directed by Adong Judith.

In 2023, he successfully completed the Tebere Arts Foundation Emerging Artists Program.

Norman is interested in stories of identity and place.
